The hotel offers pretty standard and slightly dated rooms that are very comfortable and well-designed, including the bathrooms, and can easily accommodate a group of four guests. The hotel features a swimming pool and a bar with special services from the manager, Basam.

Rooms

The rooms were great, even with four of us, and the design was very comfortable.

The service was excellent. The staff came around the dining room to ensure our satisfaction and were very friendly and helpful, especially Mufid at the Front Desk who assisted us a lot.

The location is superb, within walking distance to the Kotel/Old City and various nightlife areas. The hotel's proximity to the Old City, Mamilla, and Ben Yehuda areas make it just great.

7.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were nice and comfortable, with a great bathroom setup, but they could use a proper deep clean. After expressing my concerns, the hotel staff promptly upgraded us to a very nice room, which was a relief after the initial disappointment.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were nice, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with a bath and a great working shower. However, the styling was a bit old-fashioned and they needed a proper deep clean. The initial room we received was horrible, but after complaining, we were given a very nice room. It was puzzling why dreadful rooms were given to visitors in the first place, especially with nails sticking out.
Service
6.0
The service at the hotel was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were extremely rude and unwelcoming, telling me to find other accommodations, on the flip side, others were very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The staff took every opportunity to provide us with an exceptional experience, offering amenities like room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was a highlight of my stay. It is wonderfully situated within walking distance of many attractions, including the First Station and Ben Yehuda Street. Being just a few blocks from the Old City made it very convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience at the hotel was a mix of opinions. While some found it adequate with a decent-sized buffet, others were impressed with the freshness of the orange juice. The meals offered a variety of local cuisine, short order options, and even Israeli banquet choices, making it a good dining spot overall.
Facilities
The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, offering the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Some areas could use improvement, but overall, they met the basic requirements for a pleasant stay.

8.8/10

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of the city center and the Old City, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are a little in need of some refreshment, but they served our needs well. It can get crowded at certain hours, though the hotel's proximity to various restaurants and beautiful city sights is fantastic.

Rooms

The rooms were just right for what we needed, though they could use some refreshing.

The service made our entire stay more enjoyable, especially Naim at the dining room who provided wonderful service. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is amazing, close to the Old City and within walking distance to many restaurants. Ibrahim, who handles hospitality, provided excellent service.

The dining experience was rich and varied, offering everything from shakshuka to omelets. The presence of a big swimming pool added to the positive experience.

8.4/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some room for improvement. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with the added benefit of being conveniently located on the same floor as the rooftop pool, which added to the fun. However, there was a minor issue with the folding cot that needed to be replaced with an actual mattress. The level of comfort and spaciousness in the rooms was satisfactory, but the housekeeping services didn't quite meet the high standards expected in such a hotel.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable and spacious, although the housekeeping could have been better.
Service
9.0
The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, incredibly helpful, and demonstrated a personal touch in their interactions. Their attention to small details, like ensuring we stayed dry while waiting for a cab, made a difference.
Location
9.0
The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of Jerusalem and within walking distance to key tourist places. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group when we were running late, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows. While the food quality was excellent with a wide selection of well-prepared dishes, there were some hiccups such as tables not being cleared promptly. Overall, the options provided were satisfying.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities at the hotel were modern and well-maintained. The rooftop pool and bar were highlights of the stay, offering a great place to relax and unwind.
